We understand privacy is important to you and appreciate your loyalty and trust in us. We will not share our mailing list or your email, except to provide products and services to you or at your request. We do not store credit card numbers.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
We ship via USPS for all Henabee’s sleeve orders. “Step Out of Line” orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.
Please make sure that your package is shipping to a secure location. Once a package has been tracked as delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope that you will love your Henabee’s as much as we do. But in the event that you don’t, you may exchange or return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the returned items are unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items must be in their original condition with the tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is NOT included.
To make a return, first, please email your return request with your order information. Please include your name, email and order number with your return. At that time we will send a return address and instructions. Returns received after 12 days from receipt of your request will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will receive a notification via email once we receive your return. For any concerns please email us info@thehenabees.com or call 360.499.6046 are hours are Monday–Friday 10am–5pm PT. We try to reply to all requests within 48 hours.
Orders of “Step Out of Line” products are final.
SALES TAX
Henabee’s orders shipped to Washington State will incur sales tax.
